Paula is, first and foremost, a parent of Molly who is a visually impaired child. Molly was born in 2004 with a unilateral cataract and PHPV in her left eye. Therefore, Paula fully understands both the amount of care required and the current lack of information and support available in the early years of a visually impaired child’s life.

On a professional basis, she has 17 years' corporate management experience within a blue chip communications company, where she managed a variety of national projects. She also created and managed a coaching and mentoring company and has been involved in several fundraising activities relating to local charity projects. She has various qualifications in business management, coaching and mentoring.
